Privacy
aukis is a personal assistant used by one person, on their own Google account. It is not offered to anyone else, and no other account is connected to it.
What it reads
With the owner's consent, the app reads mail in the owner's Gmail account and files in one folder of the owner's Google Drive. It does not read attachments from unknown senders.
What it does
It sorts new mail, proposes labels, archiving and tasks, and can write a draft reply when the owner asks for one. It never sends, forwards or deletes mail. Links from newsletters may become tasks in the owner's task tracker. Drive files are copied to the owner's own computers.
Where the data goes
Processing runs on the owner's own machines. To propose what to do with a message, its text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API under the owner's account. Proposals and short summaries reach the owner through their own Telegram bot and task tracker. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising or used to train models by the app.
Google user data
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored tokens are then useless and are deleted from the owner's machines.
This website
aukis.cc sets no cookies and loads no tracking script. For each page the server renders and each link to a project's service or code that is followed, it records one timestamped entry: the path, the page or site the visitor came from (for another site, only its name) and the country. No IP address or browser details are kept. Entries stay in the owner's Cloudflare account and are deleted after three months.
